The Project Manager at UW Health System in Wisconsin was tired of ordering Nurse Servers for expansions and the hospital, and feeling like he never got what he fully needed from the storage units. Over the years, he realized nothing was fulfilling exactly what they needed. This is when he contacted Moduflex, LLC., to help the hospital solve this problem!
At FlowCARE, the General Contractor will provide detailed shop drawings and 3D Rendering for approval on both ends of the users. The drawings are of the cabinets that used to be produced at our manufacturing facility in Omaha, Nebraska.
The Project Manager knew the patient-wing renovation on the 4th floor needed storage units to meet their needs. He decided before he fully committed he would pursue a “free-of-charge” demo from Moduflex, LLC., and have the Nursing staff use the product, stock it, and see how it performs under normal wear and tear. After the trial run, the Project Manager loved the product.
FlowCARE is a different type of Nurse Server. FlowCARE shipped 18 units to UW Health System and UW Health System’s General Contractor unloaded and installed all the units.
The benefits for UW Health System show why the hospital needed these storage units. They received a high-quality product that utilizes a patent-pending, two-way bin system to easily stock and re-stock the unit. It allows for nurses to organize their patient room supplies and be just ten steps away from the patient’s bedside at all time. The two-way bin system also allows for access from inside the room and in the hallway; this allows for nurses to do their jobs and allows patients to sleep at night with fewer interruptions.
FlowCARE was the exact storage unit UW Health System in Wisconsin was looking for. The trial run went great and they are currently loving all their units!
FlowCARE is a pre-engineered and patent pending storage unit. All units are fully assembled and the end result is a fully functional patient-storage cabinet that actually works for the nurses! This storage unit was designed to help nurses do their jobs easier and more efficiently. Moduflex, LLC., is also owned and managed by the owner of Midwest Storage Solutions, Inc.
